Manufacturing areas are partitioned, sterilized by UV 8 hours a day, and equipped with standard 100 thousand grade clean aseptic rooms.

原料管控、製程管控、成品檢 驗、產品留樣、定期追蹤。 備有專業保養品配方研究室與 品管實驗設備儀器。
Raw material control、manufacture process control、finished product inspection、product sample stored、regular check and examination. Own professional maintenance formula research room and experiment installation instruments.

Water Quality Inspection
每小時循環迴流，每週檢測pH 質，每月檢測生菌數。
Hourly recirculation, weekly pH value testing, and monthly plate count testing.

Staff Inspection
進入製造管制區依規定著無塵衣、髮帽、口罩、手套。
When entering manufacturing control zones, staff must wear cleanroom suit, hair cap, mask, and gloves.
